Andreza has been with Mosaico Tax since 2021, focusing on assisting investor clients with UK pension matters and providing guidance on dual tax residency between Brazil and the United Kingdom — contributing to the firm’s growing cross-border expertise.

She also has experience supporting Worldwide Disclosure processes with HMRC, assisting in investigations related to undeclared overseas income.

Andreza actively pursues professional development in both Brazilian and UK tax areas. In October 2025, she began the Mini MBA in AI for Business with the AI Advantage Academy, expanding her understanding of innovation and technology within the tax advisory field.
