We recommend a formal consultation to discuss tax and legal matters, as adequate time is usually needed to understand the case in question. However, we can offer assistance via a short phone call to answer simple questions raised by current clients, such as: - Additional questions that arise shortly after a consultation - Change of tax code - Understanding HMRC letters - Assistance in responding to bank letters related to tax residency - Issues involving the Final Departure Declaration The fee for this phone call is £100 + 20% VAT. During this call, it will not be possible to review documents. THIS SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT CLIENTS OR THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY HAD AN INITIAL CONSULTATION. If the matter cannot be resolved by phone, we may request that a full consultation be scheduled.
