Maria Furtado, a lawyer in Brazil OAB/MS 32.305, graduated in Law from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS) and holds a dual degree from the Università degli Studi di Camerino, Italy. She is a member of the Tax Committee of ABEMMI – Brazilian Association of Specialists in Migration and International Mobility. Since 2022, she has been working with us, providing support on tax matters relating to non-residents in Brazil. About the consultation This consultation is recommended for clients who: Need to submit the Brazilian Individual Income Tax Return (DIRPF) and/or the Declaration/Communication of Permanent Departure from Brazil; Would like to receive general guidance during the consultation. In straightforward cases, Maria will provide guidance during the meeting itself. In more complex cases, such as those involving companies, trusts or other structures, Maria will gather the necessary information and subsequently provide a formal proposal for the preparation of a technical assessment. During the consultation, Maria will ask a series of questions in order to collect the information required to prepare a personalised quotation for professional services. Important: technical questions, particularly those of a more complex nature, will not be answered during this meeting, as the focus will be exclusively on gathering information for the preparation of the quotation.
